Ask Judge Lee Judge Lee’s Message Former Hawaii Judge / CPA Welcome to Askjudgelee.com. I have created a website, which provides answers to questions to relieve your stress in real estate, business, money matters, and legal strategies. It is my strong belief that stress is one of the strongest factors affecting longevity. As a tai chi qigong Christian practioner I believe in applying universal principles of viewing the universe in harmony and utilizing breathing and exercise techniques to balance the body’s Qi energy, thereby strengthening the organs and bodies immune system. What qualifies me to help you with your problems? I’ve held State, National, and International Jaycee elected positions; I’ve taught tax, goal setting, time management, and financial management courses. My “Resume” encompasses economic studies at Stanford University, law at the University of California Hastings Law School, and business at the University of Hawaii; I’ve been CEO of a real estate, nightclub, and travel conglomerate. In additional, I have been licensed as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), attorney, and real estate broker. I’ve served as a Famliy Court and Juvenile Court Judge for 6 years and presided over cases such as divorces, property division, custody fights, paternities, adoptions, guardianships, restraining order, child abuse, juvenile law violations and status offenses, detention home proceedings, and juvenile waiver (to adult court) cases. Previously I owned and operated an 8 person law firm focusing on family law, divorces, real estate, business and commercial matters, and litigation. Currently, my daughter Lynnae Lee, Esquire handles these types of cases. At the present time, I own and manage Richard Lee Consulting which is a consulting company providing consulting services to relieve stress in the problem areas of real estate disputes, business, money matters, and legal strategy matters. I have fostered strategic alliances with an “A TEAM” of professionals to provide whatever additional related services to completely solve whatever problem you might have; and to provide all clients with a winning team and a winning attitude.
